1. Order Acceptance:​ All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Stringly. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Custom String Art Orders:

   • Custom string art orders will only be processed after you have selected and finalized your preferred design from the 3-5 options provided by us.

   • Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where the product arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with the order.

3. Signature Pieces Orders:

   • Signature Pieces are ready-made and available for purchase. These items are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order for a Signature Piece is placed, it cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

   • We aim to ship custom string art pieces within 3-4 days after finalizing the design. Signature Pieces are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

   • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. We use express shipping services for all orders, and for customers within a 200km radius of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we offer personal delivery with a timeline of approximately 5 days from the finalization of the design.

   • Stringly is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or issues related to the delivery address provided by the customer.

5. Payment Terms:

   • All prices are listed in [Currency] and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

   • We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other payment options as listed on our website.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • All content, including designs, images, and text on our website, is the intellectual property of Stringly. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy:

   • Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability:

   • Stringly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Provience of Ontario. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms:

    • Stringly reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
